ABOUT "BOLT:"
The Vilar Performing Arts Center presents the Family Film series. Bolt is a spoiled German Shepherd who is the star of his own action TV show and is living the good life. One day he is accidentally abandoned in his trailer... but he truly believes he still has the superpowers from his show. Along the way, he meets some friends who are trying to find their homes and they help him discover his true self. Starring John Travolta, Miley Cyrus, Susie Essman and James Lipton. Runtime: 96 minutes, rated PG.
Each VPAC Family Film is enhanced by a pre-movie activity in the theatre lobby, along with a costume contest. This week, you can learn the tricks from the dog whisperer himself: a Dog Training Demonstration at 6pm featuring Mark Ruark of Wags and Whiskers! Plus, come dressed as your favorite "Bolt" character and you'll have a chance to win a variety of great prizes donated by Beaver Creek businesses. The costume contest will follow the Dog Training Demonstration, on the VPAC stage at 6:30pm.
